A: Ultimately you will be responsible for managing your
listings yourself. However, you may request that we add your listing/s
for a fee.
Q: Can I modify listings after Zania Realty Portal has created
them?
A: Yes you can. You will need to signup an account if
you have not already done so. Then notify us of the name on your account
and we will transfer the listings to you.
Q: How long will it take for my listing to be posted on Zania Realty Portal?
A: Your listing becomes available to the public view
as soon as you create it.
Q: Do I need any special training or skills to add a listing?
A: No. You already have the basic knowledge needed just
by being on a computer and reading this information.
Q: How many listings am I allowed to post?
A: You can post as many listings as you like.
Q: How long will my listing be posted on Zania Realty Portal?
A: Unless you delete your listings, they will remain
posted. However, Zania Realty Portal reserves the right to remove any
listing within reason.
Q: Is Zania Realty Portal a licensed Real Estate Agent or Realtor?
A: No. We are simply a venue for Real Estate Professionals
to post and benefit from the global exposure being listed on Zania Realty
Portal provides.
Q: What if I already have a website? Why should I post my properties
on Zania Realty Portal?
A: The more exposure you have, the more your properties
